Booking Your Wedding

Make a provisional booking with the hotel and then book the church or the registrar

Confirm you booking within 2 weeks by returning a signed copy of the booking form confirming agreement with the hotel’s Terms and Conditions and enclosing a deposit of £250.00

A second deposit of £250.00 will be required six months before the Wedding

3 months before your Wedding Day you will meet with the Wedding Co-ordinator to finalise the details of your Special Day

Final Numbers are required at least 3 weeks before the Wedding. When we have these numbers we will provide you with an invoice. This final number or the actual number served, whichever is the greater, will be charged to the account

We require payment of the invoice at least 10 days before the Wedding. All extras must be settled on departure

Room Hire charges are at a flat rate of £250.00 and rooms allocated to your function will depend upon guest numbers

No Service Charge is added your account, we leave that to your discretion
